Do you know what a procurement matrix is or have you ever heard of one?
Well, a procurement matrix is a guide for managing the procurement of goods and services throughout the life of the project. It is also an input for developing the procurement plan. What´s more, the matrix defines the procurement methods and timelines, which are described in the project schedule.
