Cross2swords is a project that seeks to encourage the practice of fencing among young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive values through this martial art.
“Cross2swords” is a project led by the Spanish club AGORA, in collaboration with the Austrian club SFLK and the Spanish educational organisation MERAKI.
The key objectives of the project are:
- Introduce fencing in school settings and sports clubs to promote physical activity.
- To provide teachers and coaches with tools such as a didactic guide and audiovisual resources to teach fencing in an inclusive way.
- To use fencing as an educational and skills development tool, working towards its inclusion in Physical Education curricula.
- Promote the participation of young people, including those with disabilities, through digital and interactive approaches.
At Meraki Projectes we contribute to the improvement of society through the design of projects in the educational, cultural and sporting fields.
Project financed with Erasmus+ funds (2024-2026).
