Objectives
- Encourage the participation of women in padel.
- Create a good practice guide for coaches and clubs.
- Conduct free introductory courses for women.
- Organise inclusive tournaments and awareness-raising activities around 8 March and the European Week of Sport.
- Establish new partnerships between sports clubs at local and international level.

Main Activities
- Visits to women’s associations to promote the practice of padel.
- Technical training courses in both countries for women with no previous experience.
- 6 national and international tournaments, with the participation of leading players such as Ana Catarina Nogueira and Sofia Araújo.
- Production of audiovisual content through cameras connected to the Record Padel social network.
- Production of a good practice guide in three languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Impact and sustainability
In addition to benefiting more than 150 people directly, the project generates a tangible legacy through its good practice guide, new links between clubs and audiovisual documentation of the process. Communication and dissemination actions ensure the visibility of the project beyond its duration.
