Welcome to Time Tamer

Overcoming procrastination and improving time management among youth. Empowering young people and youth workers to build sustainable habits of success.

Context & Motivation

Nowadays, procrastination is a very common and serious problem. This problem is more common in young people, university students and individuals with a busy work schedule, especially in terms of time management and self-discipline.

Factors such as stress, anxiety and perfectionism encountered in education or business life can trigger procrastination behavior. These challenges lead individuals to procrastinate on important tasks, creating a cycle of avoidance and reduced productivity. Constant access to the internet further increases distractions and strengthens procrastination habits.

The Time Tamer project's needs analysis aims to identify young people's deficiencies related to procrastination and develop effective solutions. The project provides innovative tools and strategies for professionals working with young people, allowing them to support young people more effectively.
